For more than 40 years, I have actually led people in achieving award-winning and record-setting results in conceiving and executing major initiatives in military, private, and public sector organizations.

I retired at the rank of commander after 20 years of honorable service in the US Navy, during which time I led the execution of highly-sensitive Naval aviation missions.

I am a university assistant professor, who has conducted doctoral-level research that challenges the conventional science on and popular thinking about numerous organizational phenomena.  

For more than 30 years, I have instructed and changed the thinking of thousands of graduate, undergraduate, and corporate students.

Ordinary coaches regurgitate and reinforce the use of buzzwords and cliche concepts grounded in myth, folklore, best-selling books, media hype, political rhetoric, or pseudo-science.  Simply put, they coach you to remain ordinary.

My technique develops the critical thinking skills that expose the fallacies and perils associated with those and other ordinary and popular, yet, ineffective and very costly concepts.
